This website is the official website for a fan film entitled The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time, which is based off the Nintendo-made video game of the same name. The film is a low-budget-long-term student project, but it is being approached in a professional manner.

What makes this film project especially exciting is that we are largely involving the fan community. It’s a fan film, and should have fan input. Also, as a production, we intend to implement all the resources that the online community has to offer. For example. our current level of online networking allows to film almost anywhere on the West coast, without having to worry about lodging. In addition, if there’s a filming day when we need extras, any fans or want-to-be actors are free to come and stand around. There are a number of other possibilities, all of which we’ll be posting about in the coming months.

The project is currently in the early pre-production stages. The script is currently in it’s second draft, and we are currently assembling the rest of our crew.

As for legal issues. This project is mainly a project for students to use in their demo reels. No monetairy gain will come from this project. All donation money will purely cover production costs. When the film is complete we hope to screen it in select cities, and later online, for free.
